Heavily pregnant Ciara got people talking on Sunday when she spotted out in a red velvet Jovani Couture gown at the Vanity Oscars party, the gown looked quite similar to the red glittering Peter Dundas gown Beyonce(who is also expecting) wore to the Grammys.
