A carpenter landed in trouble when a woman shopper picked up a dustbin and whacked him on his head after he allegedly groped her.
The incident involving the 28-year-old Pakistani carpenter and the Filipina took place at a supermarket in December.
Once she felt someone touching her from the back, the 32-year-old woman who had been checking a dustbin quickly turned and slammed the dustbin on the carpenter’s head.

Primary police interrogations led to the arrest of the Pakistani carpenter, who was identified from surveillance camera footage.
Prosecutors accused the 28-year-old of molesting the Filipina.
The suspect failed to show up before the Dubai Court of First Instance where he was scheduled to enter his plea on Sunday.The 32-year-old woman testified before prosecutors that she was checking a dustbin when she felt someone touching her from behind.

“I turned back and saw the man who had groped me. I smashed the dustbin over his head immediately. He quickly turned and ran out of the supermarket,” she told prosecutors.
The suspect was cited as admitting before prosecutors that he mistakenly touched the woman’s posterior.Presiding judge Mohammad Jamal will sentence the suspect in absentia on May 30.
