Pepsi has been forced to pull down their advert which featured Supermodel Kendall Jenner.
The advert that sparked a lot of controversy and outcry after many described the ad as making light issues of the #BlackLivesMatters movement. Read here
In a statement to the Associated Press, the company said;
“Pepsi was trying to project a global message of unity, peace and understanding, Clearly we missed the mark, and we apologize"
“We also apologize for putting Kendall Jenner in this position,” Pepsi added in its statement.
