Mel B's former nanny Lorraine Gilles claims she was seduced into group sex by singer and Stephen Belafonte as she accuses the Spice Girl of depicting her as a 'homewrecker' in new lawsuit.
Mel B seduced her former nanny into group sex and plied her with alcohol at just 18 years old, according to an explosive new lawsuit.
Lorraine Gilles is suing the singer for defamation during the former Spice Girl's turbulent divorce battle with estranged husband Stephen Belafonte.
In the lawsuit, Gilles claims Mel, 41, plied her with alcohol and involved her in a group sex act, and lashes out at the singer for portraying her a 'homewrecker and prostitute', according to TMZ.
ccording to the site, Gilles recalls Mel explaining that she and Stephen, 41, enjoyed an open relationship shortly after Lorraine's arrival in the US - before getting her drunk and involving her in a threesome.
Claiming her sexual relationship with Mel lasted seven years, the papers go on to slam recent claims that Gilles fell pregnant with Belafonte's child.
The documents reportedly state: 'At no point did Gilles and Belafonte engage in any sexual acts without Brown's knowledge or participation and at no point did Gilles and Belafonte represent to Brown that Gilles was pregnant with Belafonte's child.'
Instead, she allegedly explains she had leaned on Mel for support after falling pregnant following a one-night stand in West Hollywood.
