Well $3500 is still some good money....but not in the case of Young Money's CEO who used to sniff and breath stacks of dollars years back when it comes to tour fees.
New reports emerging indicates American rapper Lil Wayne ain't doing well FINANCIALLY!! He is allegedly doing so BAD that the "Lolipop" rapper now tours around in theaters and not around the world as he used to do years back.
