Omer Raza, from Walthamstow, was killed in broad daylight after being ambushed and pursued into a street of terraced family homes near Turnpike Lane station in Wood Green
The 23-year-old knocked on a door begging for help before collapsing in a pool of blood on a doorstep at about 2.30pm on February 15, according to a Standard report.
A shocked resident described seeing a trail of blood in the road after the attack, as a neighbour applied first aid to the victim’s stomach and chest wounds.
Paramedics rushed to the scene and battled to resuscitate him before he was pronounced dead at the scene at 3.15pm.
Two men, aged 18 and 19, and a 17-year-old male were arrested on Wednesday on suspicion of murder and have been taken into custody at north London police stations.
Detective Chief Inspector Matt Bonner from the Homicide and Major Crime Command continues to appeal for members the public to come forward with any information.
DCI Bonner said: "I would like to ask for the public's help. Omer had travelled to Ivatt Way in a silver convertible BMW, which is where we believe he was first attacked.
"Were you in Ivatt Way on Wednesday, 16 February afternoon and saw the car arrive? I am keen to establish exactly what time he arrived there and why.
"We then believe the victim ran from the car and into Downhills Park Road, possibly being chased by the suspect. If you were in the area and saw anything please get in contact with us."
A post-mortem examination on Thursday, February 16 gave cause of death as a stab wound to the chest.
Next of kin have been informed.'
