Cop shot after chasing stolen car that skipped red light in South Africa
A man who skipped through a red traffic light shot and injured a police officer who chased after him in Louis Trichardt on Saturday morning.
The off-duty constable, 34, was driving his own vehicle along Krogh Street with a companion in the early hours of the morning, when he spotted the speeding white Nissan Tiida, according to the SA Police Service Facebook page.

Five Iraqis, One Yemeni Barred From Cairo-New York Flight After Trump Ban
The passengers were prevented from boarding despite holding valid immigration visas, according to HuffPost.
Five Iraqi passengers and one Yemeni were barred from boarding an EgyptAir flight from Cairo to New York on Saturday following President Donald Trump’s ban on the entry of citizens from seven Muslim-majority countries, sources at Cairo airport said.

Theresa May warns President Trump on reintroducing torture
UK's Prime Minister, Theresa May has issued a warning that UK could be forced to limit the intelligence it shares with the US on suspected terror plots if President Trump brings back torture.
This assertions were made hours after President Trump declared that water boarding and other harsh interrogation techniques may be reintroduced.
